International Return & Refund Policy:
Dear international customers and donors, please read the following note closely in order to avoid disappointment.
We are not a large clothes manufacturer, but a social and cultural fundraising initiative, and your every purchase is, in fact, donations. We operate in Ukraine during the war, and as much as we try to provide the best products and services, re-shipment and international bank transfers in time of the war are too complicated and source-consuming and managing them is beyond our team’s resources and priorities.
1. Therefore, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.
2. Backorders might be canceled by us due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock, etc. In case our backorder is canceled by us, a full refund will be given.
Accept our apology for inconveniences and, please, be careful when making a purchase. In turn, we will do our best to satisfy you and deliver your goods in the expected quality.

Dear Ukrainian customers & donors, please take a note, that:
- All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable.
- Backorders might be canceled by us due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock, etc. In any case, if our backorder is canceled by us, a full refund will be given.
- Products which are part of any sale/promotional offer are not refundable / cancellable, unless they are flawed.
- Only purchased stock products are exchangeable; and only if an item is wrong or flawed.
We find it reasonable to make as relevant and truthful a representation of the products as possible, in order to minimize for our customers the odds of miscalculation, wrong choices and misperception. Thus, you can find the full description of an Item on its page — including fabrics, measurements, photos on models and close-ups. Please, learn it through carefully before making a purchase.
- Only stock products shipped within Ukraine are exchangeable, and only if an item is wrong or flawed / damaged / defective, incomplete.
- Shipping fees will also be reimbursed by us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- In case of a wrong or a flawed item shipment, you should contact us within 7 days after delivery. You can do it via email: email@example.com or DM us on Instagram or Facebook. Our policy does not address customer concerns after 7 days of delivery.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have the right to decline the exchange request, if a product condition doesn’t meet the above mentioned requirements.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of the purchase.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the correct item based on your original receipt.
