Ukrainian Beasts Unleashed & Filmed!

This story began with Bolotnia, a small town 100 km from Kyiv, where Maria Prymachenko was born and lived; and with the local history museum in Ivankiv, where a collection of her works was kept. When the Russian army occupied the city and destroyed the museum, Prymachenko’s fantastic beasts scattered around the world. First, they came to Kyiv, inhabited Ohmatdyt children’s hospital, in the form of a mural, and the city streets — in the form of posters, stickers and bright clothes. Then, they went abroad — to discover the world for themselves and Ukraine for the world.
